Tribal Order
Official Rules — Season 3

🔹 Setup
- 1 vs 1 game
- Each player builds a 30-card deck
- Maximum 2 copies of any card
- Each player has a Tribal Hero with 50 Health
- Each player has 4 in-play slots
🎯 Win Conditions
- Reduce your opponent’s Tribal Hero to 0 Health
- Or reduce your opponent cards to 0
🔹 Starting the Game
- Both players shuffle their deck
- Each player draws 5 cards
- Flip a coin to decide who goes first
🔹 Turn Structure
- Draw 2 cards
- At the start of your turn, you have the option to recall an in-play card and replace it with a card in your hand. The recalled card must be then be discarded.
- Play Cards: On Turn 1, you may play a maximum of 1 card with 2 or less Attack
- Turn 2 and beyond: max 2 cards
- After you put cards in-play you may then play 1 item card, placed under an attachable in-play card. One item card per turn.
- You may attack with any number of in-play cards that have completed their 1-turn cooldown. Cards played this turn cannot attack unless they have Rush or another ability that allows it. Your Tribal Leader may also attack once per turn.
- End turn
🔹 Attacking Rules
- Attack the enemy Tribal Hero
- Or attack an enemy in-play card
- Damage is dealt immediately
🔹 Summoning & Attack Timing
- Cards cannot attack the turn they are played
- Cards cannot be attacked the turn they are played
- Unless the card specifically states it attacks immediately
- A card may only gain one immediate attack per turn
🔹 Recall
- At the start of your turn, you may recall 1 of your in-play cards
- The recalled card is immediately discarded
- You may replace it with a card from your hand
- The replacement card is considered played this turn
- The replacement card cannot attack until your next turn
- The replacement card cannot be attacked until your opponent's next turn
🔹 Item Cards
- Items are played separately from normal cards
- You may play 1 item per turn and 1 item per card
- Items do not occupy board slots
- If the attached card is destroyed or removed, the item is discarded
- Items cannot exist without a valid attached card
🔹 Abilities
- Passive abilities are always active while in-play
- Triggered abilities activate automatically when their condition is met
- Active abilities may be used during your turn
- If a card uses an active ability, it cannot attack that turn unless stated otherwise
🔹 Effect Limits
- Maximum 2 cards played per turn
- Maximum 1 item played per turn
- Maximum 2 additional cards drawn per turn from abilities
- Maximum 1 additional attack per card per turn
- Attack increases are capped at +5 total
- Maximum 1 Recall per turn
🔹 Keywords & Definitions
- In-play: Cards currently on the board
- Use once: Once per game per copy of the card
- Silence: Removes all abilities from a card
- Destroyed: A card with 0 Health is placed in the discard pile
- Native Attack: A card’s normal Attack value before temporary effects or conditions are applied
🔹 Previous Season Cards
- All cards from previous Tribal Order seasons may be played using the current Season 3 rules.
- If a previous-season card does not have a printed Attack value, its Native Attack is 1.
- If a previous-season card has an ability that says "Attack for X Damage", that Damage value becomes the card’s Native Attack.
- If the attack is restricted to a specific condition, that Damage value does not become the card’s Native Attack.
- Example: "Attack for 3 Damage" = Native Attack 3.
- Example: "Attack for 2 Damage against Women cards only" = Native Attack 1.
🔹 Board Limits
- Maximum 4 cards in-play
- If all slots are full, you cannot play additional cards until a slot opens
🔹 Timing & Resolution
- Effects resolve immediately when triggered
- If multiple effects trigger, resolve them in the order they occur
