Policy:

All orders are processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package shows as delivered, customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been shipped.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We do not issue refunds for orders that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
