Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASE OPTIONS

By purchasing a subscription or product with recurring billing, you agree to ongoing charges at the selected frequency (e.g., monthly).

BILLING

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle.

CANCELLATION

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

If a cancellation is made after a billing charge has been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped, and the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only.

NO REFUNDS

All subscription charges are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments once they have been processed.

FAILURE TO CANCEL

If you fail to cancel your subscription before the billing date, you will be charged for the next cycle and that order will be fulfilled as normal.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription and cancellation timing through their account or by contacting us.

CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or cancel subscription offerings at any time.
