Domestic Bundling Program

Our Domestic Bundling Program is designed to help customers save significantly on shipping costs by combining multiple orders into one shipment.

How It Works

• Purchase the Bundling Package for $15
• Eligible orders placed during your active bundling cycle will receive free shipping at checkout
• We will hold your eligible orders and combine them into one shipment
• Your bundle will ship at the beginning of the following month, or sooner if your allotted box becomes full.

Box Size & Capacity

Each Bundling Package includes:

• One consolidated shipment
• A maximum package size of 6 x 6 x 4 inches
• Approximately 30 season packs, depending on the products included in your orders

If your bundled orders fill the allotted box before the scheduled monthly shipment date, we will ship your package. Items ordered after your box has shipped, but within the same month, will roll over to next months box.

Important Shipping Information

By selecting the Bundling Program, you understand and agree that:

• Your orders are being intentionally held for consolidated shipment
• Shipping and handling timelines may extend to 30 days or more, depending on when your orders are placed during the bundling cycle
• Individual orders included in an active bundle cannot normally be expedited or separated for standard shipping
• The Bundling Program is intended for customers who prefer lower overall shipping costs instead of immediate shipment

This program is especially useful for customers who place multiple orders throughout the month and want to avoid paying separate shipping charges on every order.

Shipping Timeline Agreement

By enrolling in the Bundling Program, you expressly agree to the extended shipping and handling timelines associated with consolidated monthly shipping.

Customers participating in bundling are not eligible for standard shipping speeds on individual bundled orders during the active bundling period.

Requests for immediate shipment of individual bundled orders may not be accommodated once those orders have entered the bundling process.

Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing the Bundling Package and placing orders under the program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your items are being intentionally held for consolidated shipment at your request
• The extended fulfillment timeline is an agreed-upon part of the Bundling Program
• Orders placed through the program are authorized purchases subject to these bundling terms
• You agree to contact Tribal Order directly regarding shipping or fulfillment concerns so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue before you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback

Participation in the Bundling Program does not eliminate any rights or protections that may apply under applicable law or your card issuer’s rules.

Tribal Order reserves the right to modify, suspend, deny, or terminate bundling privileges in cases of abuse, fraud, excessive disputes, chargeback activity, or violations of these terms.
